"My clinical approach combines rigorous academic training with systemic family therapy modalities to help individuals, couples, and families heal and grow together."
I earned my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy from Touro University Worldwide, where my clinical education focused on systemic relational dynamics, family structures, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Prior to my graduate studies, I completed my Bachelor of Science in Psychology at The University of Alabama at Birmingham.
To provide comprehensive care tailored to each client's unique needs, I draw from advanced clinical training in Structural Family Therapy, Strategic Family Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Additionally, I hold clinical training in Child and Adolescent In-Home Interventions and serve as a certified SMART Recovery Facilitator.
